Tammara Kennelly
President & Friesens Board Member
As its president since 2012, Tammara has been instrumental in shaping FriesenPress into the premier publishing option for the thousands of authors it serves today. Following 15 years in the financial services sector, Tammara’s passion for leading and developing culture led her to complete her Executive MBA (with a major in leadership) at Royal Roads University. In 2020, Tammara joined the board at Friesens Corporation to bring her vast publishing experience to Canada’s largest independent book printer.
Leanne Janzen
Sales Manager
Starting her journey in the publishing world, Leanne began working as a Publishing Specialist - guiding authors through the self publishing process with care and attention. After completing Leadership training at the University of Winnipeg, Leanne soon transitioned to her current role as leader of the FriesenPress sales team. When she is not keeping busy with her children and dogs (there are three of both!), you can find her on the beach with a good book and a glass of wine in hand.
Jamie Ollivier
Publishing Consultant
Jamie brings over 8 years experience to his role supporting authors with self-publishing the best books possible. From touring North America as a stand-up comedian to running his own media company, Jamie's unique and varied background has helped over a thousand authors successfully produce and release their books to the world.
Diane Cameron

Diane’s publishing career spans over 15 years, which includes working for traditional, academic, and self-publishing companies in both Canada and abroad. Her vast experience and expertise has helped hundreds of authors successfully navigate the publishing landscape and bring their books to life.
Emily Perkins
Senior Publishing Consultant
Emily’s publishing career spans over 20 years – and the globe. She spent years in Amsterdam working in graphic design and later worked as a typesetter and proofreader in the financial printing industry. Her eclectic experience allows her to provide a holistic approach to her part in guiding the FriesenPress sales team, which ensures authors self-publish the best possible books.
Debbie Anderson
Publishing Consultant
Born and raised in Northern Ireland, Debbie joined the FriesenPress publishing team in 2012 after several years in the financial services industry. As a Publishing Consultant, she has helped hundreds of authors start their publishing journey and fully realize their literary aspirations. When she’s not working hard at the virtual office, you can find her exploring the mountains of Vancouver Island and camping with the family.
