Author Experience: Daniella Grsic

The bond formed between FriesenPress’ published authors and their production team is a powerful one. Our Author Experience feature gives our authors a platform to tell the story behind the publication of their story, in their own words.

Daniella Grsic first contacted FriesenPress in July 2015:

My name is Daniella Grsic and I am the author of Deep Down Inside, published through FriesenPress. Everyone at FriesenPress, including my Publishing Consultant, Emily, my Author Account Manager, Genevieve, as well as my talented Illustrator, Natalia, contributed greatly to making my publishing experience a truly remarkable one.

Each step of the way, these women effectively answered my many questions, provided useful suggestions, and supported me in any and all ways that I needed. Not only was the service very collaborative, but the quality of the finished product far exceeded my expectations. Seeing my book for the first time and holding it in my hands was one of the most exhilarating experiences of my life and I thank FriesenPress for making a long-standing dream of mine finally come true!

I’ve chosen to publish my second book with FriesenPress - currently in production - because of the guidance, knowledge and support of my publishing team. I am creating a Wellness Series for children, furthering the journey and enriching the storyline founded in Deep Down Inside, my first book. FriesenPress has helped make this series a reality by providing me with tools and strategies  to ensure book one and book two work together seamlessly. Undoubtedly, this will make for a better reading experience.
